Children are a wonderful gift, but every mom has faced that moment when her kids drive her absolutely crazy. In those moments it’s important to know how to control your anger. A friend of mine says something quite simple has decreased the amount of yelling she does at her children. What is it? Biting her tongue – literally. Sometimes we need to make a decision right here and now to stop angry or mean words from coming out of our mouths. Bite your tongue. Leave the room. Do whatever it takes to not say something you’ll regret later.
