I always hope for the best when I pick up my children from school.  I hope that they will have had a good day, and that they’ll get in the car with big smiles and cheerful attitudes.  But, some days that’s not the case.  They get in the car cranky and hungry.  They greet me with scowls instead of smiles.  But they have an excuse—they’re little kids.  I, on the other hand, am a grown up.  So I try to be sure I’m not doing any of the Top 10 Ways Not to Greet Your Child.
