7 Ways to Teach Your Child Self-Control

 

Did you buy any Girl Scout cookies this year?  Can you still taste the smoothness of the Thin Mints, or the crunchiness of your peanut butter Tagalongs?  Now for the bigger question: were you able to stop after  eating just one?  Don’t worry, I couldn’t either, and neither could my family.  When it comes to Thin Mints, self-control is definitely an issue at our house!

I’m sure I’ll get another chance to work on self-control when the Girl Scout cookies arrive next year, but today I can use these 7 Ways to Teach Children Self-Control and learn these Self-Control Tips from a  mother of 5.
