The Secret to Constructive Discipline

 

Before I had kids, I thought I would be a firm and efficient disciplinarian.  I’d command it, they’d do it, and that would be all there was to it.   Ha!  That is not the current reality of my parenting style!  Fortunately, iSpecialist Dr. Scott Turansky is here to help me, and other moms whose discipline skills need tweaking.  Today he breaks discipline down into three steps, and also shares The Secret to Constructive Discipline.  But before you venture into a discipline plan, lay a good foundation with a “listening plan.” Here are 3 Must-Dos for Really Listenting to Your Kids and why Becoming a Better Listener is One of the Keys to an Emotionally Healthy Family.
