Lauren Dungy

Lauren Dungy is an early childhood education specialist, a bestselling author, and mother of seven children. Married to former NFL coach Tony Dungy, Lauren uses her formal training and real-life experience to encourage and support mothers.

“Building relationships with other women and exchanging advice with them has been a great help to me in parenting,” Lauren says. “Through iMOM, I hope to connect with even more moms and build each other up as we face the challenges and joys of motherhood.”

Lauren is a graduate of Duquesne University where she received her degree in elementary education. She is a former elementary school teacher and still utilizes her skills as a reading specialist.

A former foster parent with her husband, she currently lives with her family in Tampa, Florida.
