• The Description: She knows how and when everything needs to be done, from diaper changing to repainting the shutters, and is relatively certain that her reason for living is to tell her husband, who knows nothing. She sometimes even bosses him in the presence of others, making him feel belittled. She’s big on pushing, because if she didn’t would things ever get done?
• The Solution: Correct, suggest and, well…nag, less.  Then, remember that a man’s number one need, other than the physical, is respect.  In fact, become familiar with the 5 respect needs of men and see where you fall on the disrespect barometer.
