Video Troubleshooting

We’re sorry you’re having difficulty viewing the video.
There are several possible reasons, so please review this list to see which one applies to your situation:

You may not have the latest version of a media player installed on your computer.
Please make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player, QuickTime, Windows Media Player, RealPlayer or other media player installed.

The video landing page appears, but you don’t see the video screen.
It’s possible that the video is taking a while to load. Please wait a few minutes to see if the video screen appears.

You may not have Javascript enabled in your browser.
To enable Javascript, please click on Tools > Internet Options > Security tab > Custom Level > Active Scripting and click on Enable (you’ll find it down toward the bottom of the list).

If none of the above options work, please check your computer for any settings you may have enabled that would prevent you from viewing videos.
