10. If you could describe me at birth with 3 words what would they be?
11. Do you still have any keepsakes from the day I was born?
12. What was the first thing I ever did to make you smile?
13. How much did I weigh when I was born?
14. Have any of my major physical features changed since birth, like the color of my eyes?
15. Did you have any other names picked out for me beside the one I have?
