Since the day school started, I don’t think there has been one day that I haven’t dropped into bed exhausted. I am longing for a more simple life. I know it’s not just me; almost every mom I know is too busy! If this keeps up, we are all going to be overstressed and overwhelmed, and our kids are too.I want to change. I want to break this habit of busyness. I am ready for the challenge. How about you?
Join us for the 30 Day Challenge to a Less Frazzled Life. Together we’ll take small steps to create big change in our lives, in our homes, and in our hearts. We can discover how to live in a world where less is more. Less stress, less work, less interruptions, less spending, and less arguing equals more joy, more conversation, more relaxation, more peace, and more love.
Here are 3 simple ways to use the challenge:
- START: You can start whenever you want. Each day of the month, find the corresponding number and follow the tip. So if you begin on October 8, start with tip #8 and move on from there. You can repeat the challenge every month and continue to find ways to lead a less busy life.
- REPEAT: Habits are hard to break, so you can repeat the challenge every month.
- FOCUS: You may be really good at some of these tricks so skip them. Circle the simple life tasks that are difficult for you and focus on those.
