Try these perfect pancakes for everyone in your house!
- 2c flour
- 2c milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2c vegetable oil
- 2Tbs sugar
- 3tsp. baking power
- 1tsp. salt
- Heat griddle or skillet; grease if necessary. Mix all ingredients with electric mixer until smooth.
- Pour batter by 1/4 c onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden brown.
- Serve by immediately with butter and hot syrup.

Make Ahead Note:
Either make batter the night before and refrigerate or after cooking pancakes, place in freezer zip bag. Heat when ready to enjoy!
