Black and Blue Ice Cream

Ingredients:

1 tub of vanilla ice cream
1 Jar Smuckers Blackberry  Seedless Jam
Blueberries for topping
Granola for topping
Cool Whip for Topping

Directions:

1. Mix ice cream and jam in a large mixing bowl.  Mix very well or you will have clumps of jam in your ice cream. Cover.
2. Refreeze for at least 1 hour.
3. Scoop ice cream into individual bowls.

Suggested Toppings: Cool Whip, blueberries, and granola.

*Serve immediately.
