Mom's Pumpkin Bread

This super moist pumpkin bread is perfect for Thanksgiving, or anytime of the year.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Ingredients:
- 3½ cups flour
- 1½ tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. pumpkin spice
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup cooking oil
- ⅔ cup water
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups pumpkin
Directions:
- Sift together the flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin spice, and baking soda. Add sugar, cooking oil, and water. Mix well. Add eggs and blend thoroughly. Add pumpkin and mix.
- Divide batter between two greased loaf pans. Bake for one hour or until an inserted knife comes out clean (a long crack forms along the top, center of the loaf).

Cook Time: 1 hour

After baking, allow bread to completely cool. Wrap and freeze.
