Mexican Ring


 

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Ingredients:

  • 2 can crescent rolls
  • ½ lb ground beef/turkey
  • ½ tbsp chili powder
  • 3 C cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 C refried beans
  • 2 C salsa
  • ½ C sour cream
  • 3 C lettuce, shredded

Directions:  

  1. Brown meat and set aside. On a pizza stone or greased pizza pan, overlap crescent rolls using the short side to form a ring. Pinch together the overlapping seams.
  2. Layer ground beef and 2 C cheese on crescent ring. Fold over long side of crescent over stuffing and tuck underneath. Bake for 11 -13 minutes.
  3. Fill the center of the ring with layered refried beans, sour cream, salsa, lettuce and remaining 1 C cheese.
