Cheesy Potato and Ham Casserole


 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Ingredients:

  • 5 lb potatoes
  • 12 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 4 C cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb cooked cubed ham
  • Salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Peel and slice potatoes to ¼ inch thick discs. Boil in salted water until just fork tender and drain.
  2. Combine potatoes, ham, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and 2 C cheddar cheese. Pour into 13x9 baking dish. Top with remaining 2 C cheddar cheese.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes.
