Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 5 lb potatoes
- 12 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz sour cream
- 4 C cheddar cheese
- Salt to taste
- Peel and slice potatoes to ¼ inch thick discs. Boil in salted water until just fork tender and drain.
- Combine potatoes, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and 2 C cheddar cheese. Pour into 13x9 baking dish. Top with remaining 2 C cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
