Corn Casserole


 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of Jiffy Corn Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 can whole corn, drained
  • 1 can cream corn
  • ¼ c of sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into an 8 inch x 8 inch greased casserole dish.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Make Ahead Note:

Always freeze casserole before baking.  Allow dish to completely thaw after removing from your freezer and before placing in the oven.
