A study by ChildTrends, a nonprofit, nonpartisan research center, shows that most teens wanted to be like their mother, and 80 percent report they enjoy spending quality time with their mother. The same study shows that children and teens who have positive relationships with their mother have better academic outcomes, fewer behavioral problems and higher mental, social and emotional well-being. iMOM is teaming up with The Florida Department of Children and Families in an awareness campaign to assist moms in making the most of their time with their children. Here we provide resources designed to help you start meaningful conversations and support you in being the best mom you can be. Make the most of your time with your children!
