Where are your children learning good character? Hopefully, you’re their primary source, but most parents also rely on a TV show, a sing-along song, or a favorite book. These are all great ways to teach good character traits for kids. Whether your children are in preschool, elementary, middle, or high school, it’s important to keep working on character, because each age and stage brings new challenges and opportunities to mature with the trait. After all, wisdom in a 5-year-old looks much different than wisdom in a 15-year-old.

We know how difficult it can be to stay on top of teaching character traits for kids, so we picked 12 that are not only important at a young age, but will also serve kids well into adulthood. These 12 traits make up our Good Character Traits for Kids printable calendar. Each month focuses on a different trait, with a definition and fridge-worthy art. And new to iMOM’s calendar catalog, this calendar comes with a sheet of stickers to cut out and place on the dates you see your child showing the trait you’re working on that month. You just need one sheet of sticker paper.

Each calendar page includes a QR code that will take you directly to resources for the month’s trait. The resources include suggestions for teaching the trait and a printable page with a definition card, verse card, question or challenge, character certificate, and reward coupon.
