Thinking about everything I’ve got to get done today makes my head spin. And spinning stresses me out. There are a million things that seem to be pulling me in a million different directions—from work to friends to keeping track of the kids and their needs…It’s overwhelming! And that is not what I want. I want to have a happy home.
And I’m sure a lot of you feel the same. But before we go crazy with all the things that need to get done before our heads hit the pillow tonight, maybe it’s time to stop the spinning and make sure we have a few happy habits in place. The kind that will keep us focused on joy in all the crazy. If you are looking for a happy home, here are 9 habits to get you there.
Hold your child and husband every chance you get.
Answer every child’s “MOM!” as if an angel was calling for you.
