Let the games begin! Get stronger by getting fit with these fun Olympic Games. We’ve come up with lots of ideas, but pick and choose the ones you like, or make up some of your own.
Here’s a fun twist on your Olympic Games: set a family goal for each event. Start with the youngest and work up in age from there. Record each team member’s results and put them toward the family goal. If your team falls short of the goal, Dad or Mom has to make up the difference and the whole family has to do 20 jumping jacks.
