Year-End Encouraging Lunchbox Notes

It’s the home stretch to summer! Mom, you’re the wind in your kids’ sails, the gas in their tanks, the oxygen in their fires. Now you can be the love in their lunch! For the end of the school year, iMOM has some encouraging lunchbox notes that will help our tired students stay focused and keep their eyes on the finish line.

The last week of school is a ton of fun with yearbooks, year-end parties, and graduations, but there are also exams, saying goodbye to friends and teachers, and even school changes. Our kids need to know we love and believe in them. A sweet sentiment in their lunch is a great way to do it. So whether your kiddo is graduating from kindergarten, moving on to middle school, becoming a cool highschooler, or just relieved to have survived sixth-grade math, celebrate together with these encouraging lunchbox notes and get ready to enjoy your summer break!

So keep them in a secret (but handy) place, and after lunch is packed, grab your scissors and cut out the note that you think will bring a smile to your child’s face. You could even print the notes on adhesive paper and stick one right on the plastic wrap around your kiddo’s PB&J sandwich or to the outside of a classic brown bag. We know that as the end of the school year draws near, it gets tougher to put a lot of effort into school lunches. (Has anyone else quit cutting apples into slices?) But a quick note to say that “You can do it!” can give your kiddo the boost he or she needs to finish strong.

We have so many more free lunchbox notes, including holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas, and everyday notes designed specifically for boys, girls, and even highschoolers.
