Faith Habit Tracker

Health in mind and body are important, but we have to nurture growth in our spirit too. That is often the first thing to get pushed aside when life as a busy mom gets to be too hectic. But the beautiful thing is, when our relationship with God is our top priority or #1 on our to-do list, you’ll have a peace that helps everything else fall into place. Sometimes with a faith practice we need a hand in making it a habit in our lives, so here is our new Faith Habit Tracker. Remember, our faith can grow in a lot of different ways, so get creative! We included habit tracker ideas to get you started. We’ll be praying for you on your journey!

  • Take a walk outside and focus on nature
  • Pray for one person who has mentioned a need
  • Go to church this week
  • Say a mid-day prayer at 3pm
  • Pray on your knees
  • Listen to music that will help you grow and focus on faith
  • Write 5 things you’re grateful for
  • Resist the temptation to speak (or listen to) gossip
  • Pray over your child
  • Listen to a faith-based podcast
  • Spend time reading scripture
  • Pray in the car
  • Meditate on a special verse
  • Sit in silence, taking deep breaths
  • Pray with the kids
